Overview

Made from natural coco fibre, coir/moss poles are used to support climbing plants such as Monstera, Philodendrons etc, along with other tropical plants with aerial growing habits.

Many indoor plants that you can buy will also climb a moss pole, including trailing or hanging plants. The texture of the coir pole mimics that of moist, mossy bark, creating humidity as well as support.

The hollow watering tube feeds directly down to the roots for vigorous plant growth, so water goes directly to the roots.

Perfect for increasing the support of plants as they develop. This stackable coir pole will give climbing plants sturdy, organic support. Perfect for both outdoor and indoor use.

Installation

Moss poles are typically partially buried in the potting soil, sometimes even attached to the nursery pot, and they stand up from the planter. If you are adding the moss pole to an established plant it will need to be done during repotting which is the most stable or an upgrade to an established plant. Secure the vines to the pole using ties and or plant clips until the plant get a purchase onto the pole.
